Diversity is apparently development. I decided to go with the original name from here to avoid confusion. I haven't a clue what exactly it is, but a cautious guess would be the level of our buildings.

As for the military, it is an insubstantial statistic, as it only measures the strength of your heroes. If they don't have any army on them, the score will be low. Which is why initially there were some newbies in the ladder who had just acquired their 20 swordsmen and hadn't wasted them fighting orcs.

I was working under the assumption that Diversity was a representation of Army, Economy and Trade. Not sure if thats it though.

Updated my journal. Looks like Elite is falling behind somewhat. I would suggest kicking the inactives a bit and recruiting more people.

WN really grown and the Elite fell.

Updated the thing again. Nice army, Elite, though you should world on the economy. Several WN members occupy the 26th to 30th place on things.
