Over Knights Templar


Even though war and economic development have always been the primary concern of Western Nations, we are not averse to diplomacy, provided that it makes the world more dynamic. Thanks to the imperialistic vigour of Malakal, Western Nations henceforth announce our Protectorate over the small, but promising clan of Knights Templar.

We would prefer not to complicate the process by regulating every single aspect of our relations, which will be based on common sense and genuine desire to help instead of rigid rules. The Protectorate is mainly about four issues:
1. Non-aggression. Western Nations has always been tempted to raid Knights Templar due to their close proximity. From now on, this threat is no more.
2. Protection. Western Nations will try to protect Knights Templar should the latter be attacked - at least, until they become a large alliance. Knights Templar are not obliged to engage in the wars of Western Nations.
3. Information. Western Nations will provide individually tailored help, such as where to settle, to Knights Templar.
4. Tax. As a token of good will, Knights Templar will pay a weekly tax to Western Nations that will gradually decrease as the clan grows.

I am pleased to note our dealings with the state of Roma have likewise been fair. Our great nation having always respected the sovereignty of its child states, so too it pleases me to see them as such respect, and maintain, that of Mortia's many other children. Without mercy such as this, no other nation or unity should grow to flourish... and without honor and duty such as this, none should rise but to fall by the hands of aggressors.

The Knights Templar took many feeling reasonably be connected to the organization and all areas of the mysterious hidden events and other events.
