Although I'm not quite ready to set up this endeavour, I want to check if it'd be profitable to do such first: Who here would be willing and able to buy house spirits for 50-75 coins each (based on the currently on the market 200-300 coins), in quantities of 5 or more per day?

You may be able to use the 'House Spirits' yourself...? NO?

They take 1 hour off building time!

Well yes, I could, or I could make money off of them for other things, IE military. ^_^ Or the resources to make aforementioned buildings.
