I received a message from Tibius the Wise about sending a scout upon the erection of my first city. He claimed he added the map of the region to my snapshots. However, my snapshot folder is empty.

The castle must've been deleted.

I mean, he didn't add any snapshot at all. The folder was empty.

The castle was not deleted in reality, and the quest progressed correctly.

We rechecked that using a test account. Everything seems ok.
Let us know if someone has a similar problem.

So in reality it is like he said that guy ain't adding any snapshots...

I didnt had any snapshot aswell, so did baibyx didnt received any too....

I sended the full message to the game admins

I had the same issue. I got the quest, was able to complete it just fine, but never received any snapshot. I also emailed you in-game but since I never received a response I figured I ought to post this here too.
