I upgraded my Blackmith in Arroyo up to level 16. It still hold 2 slot for recipes only, all filled with recipes.

Why did my Blacksmith level 2 at my capital metropolis Klamath got its slot increased by 1?, currently it has 3 slot, only one filled.

It sound like a messup in game allocation process to me. Can you fix it?

Either change the blacksmith level16 in Arroyo back to 3 slot. Or exchange the smith of two towns with each other, just so the higher level smith has 3 slot.

Blacksmith at Arroyo now got the proper 3 slots. It's a delay ?

In my estimate it's two day delay. At least 36 hours. When I have the chance to get a bonus I will check this delay. Wall, yeah, I have builder on Wall on my third town. We shall see.
