I was selecting a factory to upgrade, and the time said 2 hours, but when i started building the upgrade it was 2:30 instead of 2 hours for the actual build time, just in case you didnt know

I noticed that also.

It seems to show the build time to the nearest hour but often it takes 30 minutes longer. It is no problem though as long as you are aware of it.

There's no bug here - building time shows exact time to build (50% while under dark aura), in your case it's 5 hours, and upgrade time is rounded down to a smaller number.
