3rd level clans can now set clan positions (ranks):

* new name
* level of secrecy
* options, availability of clan-based features and capabilities

Clans of any level can now bestow Honours and medals to reward players in their world. Creation of an order\medal does not diminish the total amount of clan's tokens or its level.
