This should be very easy to implement. And very quick no doubt.

The idea itself is very simple, yet important for clan growth.

The Idea
When a new post is made on the clan thread,
The "Clan" button on the Game World Menu should flash like the encyclopedia button, or atleast just indicate in a way that a new post has been made.

The Benifits
So we dont have to keep checking the clan thread again and again hoping someone has posted a reply.
Also it'll help when important matters must be discussed.

I think it could be implemented in the same manner as private messages. That is, a number in brackets.
