ALL THESE IDEAS ARE SMALL, YET HELPFUL FOR BOTH GAME PLAY AND FLEXIBILITY.
Also, they will be excruciatingly easy to implement.

INTERNAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
At times leaders must post important decisions or what the plans of the alliance is. Surely they dont want the other alliances to know about this. So they cant go posting them on the Alliance Profile. And it wont have much impact if posted in the c.thread because it'll go unnoticed in the clutter of posts.
So an internal announcement option will do wonders.
> Can be edited by Generals and above.
> Can be viewed only by Clan Members.

PLAYER INFORMATION
Clannies should be able to keep track of their players, view how they are doing, and check up on their troop counts and locations.
> Generals and above can view clan member cities on anywhere in the world.
> Generals and above can view heroes with troop count of clan members on anywhere in the world.
> Same option between referred players and referring players.

TABS IN C.THREAD
When an alliance gets alot of spammers or members, the clan becomes quite cluttered. It becomes jumbled with offtopic posts and so important posts go unnoticed.
The clan thread should be implemented so it works as a small forum instead of a thread.
> Generals and above can create new threads.
> Generals and above can rename threads, so players can understand what kind of conversation goes on in certain threads.
> Threads can also be linked with those of allies, so it is easier to co-ordinate and keep friendly with allied clans.

FIX THIS FORUM!!!
This is to the admin.
You should really change the flexibility of the forum.
So that the Name of the Topic which had the latest post in each forum can be seen from the Board Index page.

I liked the ideas, it would facilitate the internal organization of the clans. Hopefully they are used.
