Well, since the person who made it (falconeeveh) can't seem to register a forum account for some reason, I thought I'd let people know. There is now a Chatango site/room/thing for players of Terra Bellica. No need to download a client, register a name, et cetera. Just jump in and chat, get questions answered, et cetera.

Good initiative, but it would be nice if there was an in-game chat system, a global chat, a chat clan, etc..
