The government circular specifies in the published circular that contact tracing is stopped with immediate effect, except in assembly contexts and cluster epidemic situations or autonomous settings. These include prisons where an inmate or staff member tests positive and other spaces where people live nearby, such as nursing homes and children’s homes.
